Jeff and John went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction with my purchase. Although there were a few minor "snags" along the way, both individuals were very helpful and courteous in assisting me with the resolution of said "snags" and kept a good humor, even when I was a bit frustrated. These snags were in no fault of either of them but they took it upon themselves to rectify these issues and did not attempt to make an excuse, they just fixed the issues to the best of their abilities.

Even though I find the whole car buying / haggling process unpleasant and exhausting, the sales person (Josh) was very patient and continued to work with me until a satisfying purchase price could be negotiated.

Dan was exceptional to work with. He addressed all of my concerns, and was able to get me exactly what I wanted, and more all for a price that was lower than my previous car payment. My initial goals were to lower my car payment, and also decrease the amount I spend at the pump. Dan walked me through several different options, and expressed his feeling about each of them. In the end, Dan helped me to pick out three different options, and priced them all out for me. He walked me through the breakdown of my trade in value, as well as financing options. He walked me through some lease options, and in the end put down multiple options that fit into my price range. Dan was more than happy to accomodate me in any way that he could, and even threw in some floor mats! Dan alleviated me making multiple trips out to the dealership by staying in communication with me via email, and over the phone. Dan also took care of getting a car starter installed for me, before pickup. Also, just something I wanted to point out, when we scheduled for my vehicle pickup, the weather forecast wasn't promising, so Dan called me early the day before to ask if I wanted to come out early to get the car. In conclusion, I've already promised Dan my business in a few years when I'm ready to get a new vehicle.
